RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
- Contact Customer Care at (905) 820-9428 or sales@weststarathletics.com A Customer Care representative will initiate your return, supply you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- To ensure a refund, the item(s) must be returned in perfect condition, unused and unworn, in its original packaging and with any paperwork, parts and/or accessories it came with to ensure a refund (a product considered in perfect condition will have all its labels and tags still attached to the item).
- Ensure the Return Authorization (RA) number you received via email is enclosed with the item(s) being returned. Returns sent without a Return Authorization (RA) number will delay processing of your return.
- Remove all extra labels from the outside of the box.
- Send the return package to the address indicated on the email you received from the Customer Care Team.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
We recommend that you use an insured and traceable shipping method for your return package and that you keep the return tracking number for your records. We will not be responsible for damaged, misdirected or lost return packages.
All items must be returned unused/unworn, in original product packaging and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.
To receive credit, items must be returned within 30 days of the order date . The postmark date of the return package will be considered the return date.
You can expect a refund, in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase, within 30 days of our receiving the returned item(s).

RETURN EXCEPTIONS
Our Online Return Policy does not apply to all items.
Certain products are exempt to our Online Return Policy. Exemptions are as follows:
Base Layers, Undergarment, Jock Straps and Mouth Guards - For hygienic reasons, all base layers, undergarments, jock straps and mouth guards are final sale and are not eligible for a return.
Skate Modifications - Sharpened and/or custom fitted skates are not eligible for a return. Do not sharpen or custom fit your skates until you are certain your purchase is final.
Stick Modifications - Hockey Sticks - Returns are not accepted for taped hockey sticks or cut-down (sized) hockey sticks.
DEFECTIVE ITEM
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact Customer Care at (905) 820-9428 or sales@weststarathletics.com You must contact Customer Care before attempting to return the defective item to avoid any associated shipping fees. Failure to contact Customer Care prior to shipping the item to be returned, will result in the sender being responsible for all return shipping charges.
Please prepare a detailed description and provide supporting photographs of the damage or defect before contacting Customer Care to help describe the issue.
WRONG ITEM, COLOUR OR SIZE
